ABOUT ME AND MY FRIENDS

Do you know, how my friends and I feel?

I will tell you, it�s not so hard.

Sit close to me, hush-hush, not a word,

I will show a piece of alien world,

Life without legs is a life apart.

If you narrow your lids at the sun,

Or if something makes your eyes run,

You can see a bright rainbow world.

And my dreams are in these very words:

The big wheel of the world goes by,

Odyssey  sails under the canvas

My Palmyra�s in bloom as a tree,

And the blue sky is calling for me.

The fairy tale - it is always so clear,

The veil is white, the wedding � oh, my dear!

And another half is not the least,

Struggling hard every day with myself,

Only the thought that there is nothing behind

Makes a daily flight around my mind.

With my eyes wide open and clear

I can contemplate the other picture:

Here the tear is just what it seems,

Here is a depot of broken dreams.

If you put all the colors together,

You can get black color at last.

It somehow better than others,

And it knows all the future and past.

When just your shadow is near,

You are haunted and always alone,

And tomorrow is totally clear,

Wind away all you dreams � they are gone.

You�ve still got the power, but it is far spent.

No! There�s something else� in the end.

This something is keeping you alive.

And you run, even if you sit still,

Not a word from your mouth, yet you cry,

Bite the bullet and look through everything.

That is how my friends and I feel.

Do you now understand it or not?

You may be born to be free,

But you are in the cage for ages.

You look at the wall for the answer:

Is the world full of colors or gray?
